Sand, Gravel and Pebbles
We are studying how smaller rocks come from the breakage and weathering of larger rocks by separating rock mixtures with screens. This simulates some of the processes that separate rock particles in the natural world by shaking, blowing, sifting, and mixing pebbles, gravel, sand, and silt.  |
